Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to assist the Restaurant Manager in the timely provision of food and beverages at the service area while maintaining a clean environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and management of waitresses/waiters
• Assist the Restaurant Manager to prepare work schedules for staff and follow up on various staff issues
• Train, coach, and mentor casual employees
• Act as a communication liaison between the manager and the waitresses/waiters
• Maintain a good working atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable

Minimum Academic Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Production, Food and Beverage, or any other related field from a recognized institution
• Professional course in leadership (added advantage)

Experience

• At least 2 years' relevant work experience in a busy environment in a supervisory role
