## Title: Reservations & Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team in a Reservations & Administrative Officer position.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced Reservations, Booking, or Customer Service role
  • Experience within the hospitality or tourism sector is preferred

Technical Proficiency

  • High competency in CRM or PMS (Property Management Systems)
  • Proficiency with shared digital workspaces (such as Google Calendar and Sheets)
  • Professional email management skills

Key Competencies

Communication

  • Exceptional phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to handle sensitive guest information (such as dietary requirements) clearly and confidently

Attention to Detail

  • Proven track record of high administrative accuracy
  • Ability to meet strict, time-sensitive deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
