## Title: Reservations & Administrative Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team in a Reservations & Administrative Officer position.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced Reservations, Booking, or Customer Service role
- Experience within the hospitality or tourism sector is preferred
Technical Proficiency
- High competency in CRM or PMS (Property Management Systems)
- Proficiency with shared digital workspaces (such as Google Calendar and Sheets)
- Professional email management skills
Key Competencies
Communication
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive guest information (such as dietary requirements) clearly and confidently
Attention to Detail
- Proven track record of high administrative accuracy
- Ability to meet strict, time-sensitive deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
