  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in qualitative research, with proven ability to lead end-to-end research projects.
  • Strong storytelling and insight translation skills.
  • Expert in qualitative methodologies, focus groups, interviews, ethnographic studies, and thematic analysis.
