About the Opportunity
An established company is recruiting a driven Lead Generation & Sales Executive to fuel growth across Western Europe. This is an ideal role for a sales hunter based in Kenya with a global mindset and passion for the hospitality sector.
The company provides hotels with an innovative, hassle-free in-room coffee solution that eliminates the need for expensive hardware while delivering premium filter coffee to guests. This solution addresses the common problem of poor hotel coffee quality while reducing complexity and costs for hotel operators.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director in Barcelona, you will be the engine of the sales operation. Your primary focus is to identify, map, and engage high-potential hotel clients across Western Europe, including The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Austria.
You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of business leads and executing a first-contact strategy that converts cold prospects into warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic lead generation by researching and identifying high-quality hotel prospects in target Western European markets based on specific criteria (star rating, chain vs. boutique, guest profile)
- Execute high-volume, personalized email outreach campaigns to Hotel General Managers, F&B Directors, and Purchasing Managers
- Manage the early stages of the sales cycle, including follow-ups and qualifying leads before handing them over or closing deals based on deal size
- Articulate the value proposition by focusing on how the solution elevates the guest experience, removes the need for complex machinery, and optimizes housekeeping costs
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategy
