Relationship Officer -Nakuru at TGL Credit

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Nakuru, Kenya. The Relationship Officer will serve as a key point of contact for clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales of financial products. You will contribute to achieving financial targets by promoting loan products, providing financial guidance, and keeping clients informed about investment opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote sales and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets
• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct credit assessments and prepare proposals
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance
• Provide financial guidance and assistance to clients
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Work to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a credit company, specifically with logbook loans
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis
