Relationship Officer -Nakuru at TGL Credit

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales of financial products. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service, client satisfaction, and retention while contributing to the achievement of financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales of financial products
• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct credit assessments and prepare proposals
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance
• Promote and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets
• Provide financial guidance and assistance to clients
• Keep clients informed about investment opportunities
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a credit company, specifically with logbook loans
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis
