## Title: Relationship Officer – Institutional Banking

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in institutional banking. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key institutional clients, developing business opportunities, and driving product adoption across assigned sector portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, design, and review product and platform strategies that competitively address identified and emerging market opportunities
  • Engage with customer owners and market activators to achieve product and platform uptake and utilization targets
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing products and platforms to enhance their market offering and ensure continuous delivery of expected benefits
  • Assume full responsibility for assigned sector product lines and all sales and business development activities
  • Develop business opportunities and monitor business activities in alignment with the Bank's long-term strategic and annual business plans
  • Ensure the Bank remains competitive and responds promptly to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Implement a focused relationship management system to increase business flow and generate deposits, lending revenue, and other income from existing and new customers
  • Enhance relationship marketing and management to establish, maintain, and strengthen customer and partner relationships profitably, ensuring mutual achievement of customer and bank objectives
  • Practice strategic marketing by developing competitive advantages in the changing marketplace and leveraging the bank's distinctive capabilities to drive value
  • Enhance value creation by developing, communicating, and delivering solutions that create value for customers, shareholders, and partners
  • Build the Caritas Bank brand to ensure top-of-mind awareness among customers in the assigned sector
  • Develop innovative solutions delivered through branches and channels that respond to market needs and identified gaps in the assigned sector
