Relationship Officer -Eldoret at TGL Credit

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position for a Relationship Officer based in Eldoret, Kenya. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales of financial products while ensuring excellent customer service. You will contribute to achieving financial targets by promoting loan products, providing financial guidance and assistance, and keeping clients informed about various investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of financial products and services
• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct credit assessments and prepare proposals
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance
• Promote and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Work to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a credit company, specifically with logbook loans
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis
