About the Role

Springboard Capital Limited seeks a dedicated Relationship Officer to join our team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, managing product applications, and driving business growth through effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source prospective customer leads from various sources including referrals, cross-selling opportunities, marketing-organized sales activations, and sales leads provided by management
• Explain product features to prospective customers in line with institutional guidelines and Treating Customers Fairly principles
• Guide customers through product application processes and verify customer details by authenticating original documents (National ID, Passports, KRA PIN, etc.) against photocopies
• Forward completed applications to the relevant Agency Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Relationship Officer upon sign-off
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate
• Business-related course from a recognized institution
• 1-3 years of working experience in a related role within the financial industry
