About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Relationship Officer to drive business growth by actively selling Enterprise banking products within defined market segments. You will be responsible for cross-selling the Bank's full range of services to enhance value and strengthen relationships with our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Liabilities, Assets, and Non-Funded Income (NFI) within the Enterprise segment
- Effectively manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and grow the quality loan book
- Promote active use of the bank's Credit and Treasury facilities
- Recommend and drive product development initiatives for the Enterprise sector
- Evaluate credit proposals and oversee the application process to meet Turnaround Times (TAT)
- Manage and expand existing client relationships while acquiring new Enterprise clients
- Actively cross-sell and upsell bank products to maximize customer value
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory requirements and safeguard the bank's image
- Execute assigned official duties with excellence and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
