- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative support.Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Office Equipment: Ability to operate standard office equipment like multi-line phone systems, scanners, and printers
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person visitors.
- Customer Service: A polite, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage front-desk operations.
- Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
