We are seeking a dedicated Prime Agent to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. This elite role is tailored for individuals with a demonstrated track record of precision, integrity, and discretion to manage hyper-sensitive and business-critical tasks.

As a Prime Agent, you will be the go-to expert for handling escalated, complex, or sensitive tasks that require exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and zero-error execution. You will operate in a high-trust environment, contributing directly to the department's operational quality and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hyper-sensitive workflows and data with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy
• Own the execution of critical operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Serve as a bridge between front-line teams and leadership, escalating systemic issues and contributing to process improvement
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and risk, and initiate escalation protocols
• Serve as a quality and process ambassador, driving best practices and mentoring other agents when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any other relevant field
• Experience in high-trust operational roles, preferably within support or quality control domains
• Exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
