About the Role
As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Lavender Properties Limited, you will be responsible for promoting the company's residential and commercial properties, generating and closing leads, conducting property viewings, and engaging with potential clients. You will also source new properties to support business growth and assist with marketing initiatives to drive sales and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Market residential and commercial properties to potential clients
- Generate and follow up on sales and rental leads
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
- Support social media and marketing campaigns
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates
- Identify and source new properties to support portfolio growth
- Liaise with property owners and internal teams to close deals
Required Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Maximum of 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing (entry level), preferably with real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license and driving experience
