About the Role

MSVL Group is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee textile manufacturing operations in Nairobi. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic production team and drive operational excellence in a reputable textile organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production cycle for weaving and narrow textiles, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff and machine operators
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet project deadlines
• Implement best practices to improve capacity utilization and minimize waste
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of all weaving and narrow loom machinery
• Ensure strict adherence to high quality standards for all products
• Control production costs (materials and labor) to meet approved budgets
• Uphold compliance with all industry safety and environmental regulations

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a textile-related discipline (e.g., Textile Technology, Textile Engineering)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in textile production management
• Technical knowledge of weaving and narrow textiles (preferred)
