About the Role

We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you will define and execute multi-year product strategy while leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion multi-year product strategy, vision, and goals aligned to business objectives
• Lead market discovery including competitive analysis, customer research, and regulatory trend mapping
• Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps with business cases, value hypotheses, and measurable outcomes
• Own prioritization frameworks for the portfolio (RICE, MoSCoW, value/effort scoring)
• Mentor and guide junior Product Managers on product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management
• Drive alignment across engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and leadership teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, AML, GDPR, data privacy) is embedded in design and execution

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification (preferred)

Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products
• Experience leading junior Product Managers and cross-functional product development teams
