## Title: Product Delivery and Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Product Delivery, Operations & Execution Excellence Manager to lead product development initiatives from discovery through launch, ensuring operational excellence and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the discovery-to-launch process, ensuring strong documentation and governance
Oversee product development cadence, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable workflows
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure product scalability, performance, availability, and stability
Identify, resolve complex product issues, and proactively escalate risks

Expected Outcomes

High-quality, timely releases with minimal defects
Efficient cross-team execution with reduced cycle times
Strong product reliability and operational stability

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification (preferred)

Experience

5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products
Experience leading junior product managers and cross-functional product development teams
