Requirements for Appointment
Professional Experience
- Cumulative service period of nine (9) years of relevant work experience
- At least three (3) years at the grade of Senior ICT Officer or in a comparable position
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized institution
Professional Certifications
At least three professional qualifications in networking technologies, evidenced by any of the following certifications:
- Cisco CCNA
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Server+
- CCNP
- CEH
- VMware VCP-NV
- CISA
- Microsoft 365
- VMware VCTA
- VCAP
- Any other related certification
Additional Requirements
- Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
