## Title: Principal ICT Officer (Database & Application)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Kenya Rural Roads Authority in a Principal ICT Officer position focused on Database & Application management.

Qualifications Required

Experience

Cumulative service period of nine (9) years in relevant ICT work experience
At least three (3) years of service at the grade of Senior ICT Officer or in a comparable position

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Information Technology from a recognized institution

Professional Certifications

At least three professional qualifications from the following list: CompTIA Data+, Azure Database Administrator, Azure Data Scientist, SQL, Oracle OCA, Oracle OCP, MySQL, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, VMware VCTA, or VCAP

Professional Development

Membership with recognized ICT-related professional bodies (e.g., ISACA, (ISC)2)
Completion of a management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
