About the Role

Our client, a faith-based primary school located in Utawala, is seeking a competent, motivated, and experienced Primary School Teacher with specialization in Christian Religious Education (CRE), Agriculture, and Social Sciences. The ideal candidate will have strong mastery of these subjects and a proven ability to deliver the CBC curriculum effectively while fostering a positive, values-driven learning environment both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Christian Religious Education, Agriculture, and Social Sciences using the CBC curriculum
• Facilitate practical activities, projects, and group work across all three subject areas
• Maintain strong classroom management and create an engaging learning environment
• Integrate faith-based values into lessons and foster student development
• Support student learning both inside and outside the classroom

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary school
• Proven experience teaching CRE, Agriculture, and Social Sciences under the CBC curriculum
• TSC (Teachers Service Commission) registration certificate (mandatory)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to integrate faith-based values into the learning environment
• Tech savvy with proficiency in using educational technology
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili
