About the Role

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Photography, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in videography and photography
• Proficient in camera operations, lighting setups, shoot planning, and post-production (photo and video editing)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Patient, supportive, and passionate about education

Preferred Qualifications

• Training or teaching experience
• Experience with studio and on-location shoots, storytelling, and content creation

Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Other relevant post-production tools
