## Title: Patient Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

About the Role

A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Patient Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and guidance to patients and visitors in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm greetings and immediate assistance to all visitors and patients
  • Maintain an orderly waiting area and guide patients to appropriate service points
  • Support patient registration and check-in procedures
  • Communicate wait times clearly and manage patient expectations
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle non-clinical inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
  • Escalate urgent clinical or operational concerns to appropriate personnel
  • Guide patients to relevant resources and support services
  • Multitask effectively in a busy healthcare setting

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine or Nursing, or Certificate in Health Services Support, Hospital Administration, Customer Care, or Healthcare Assistance
  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (healthcare environment preferred)

  • Excellent multitasking capabilities
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (advantageous)
