An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed lesson plans and learning activities aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
- Deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons that utilize innovative methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Integrate digital tools and instructional resources to enhance classroom delivery and student participation.
- Conduct continuous formative and summative assessments to track and document learner progress across various competencies.
- Establish a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that promotes CBC core values and positive behavior.
- Identify students requiring special intervention and collaborate with school leadership and parents to support their needs.
- Maintain professional documentation and participate in workshops and continuous professional development (CPD) programs.
- Support holistic student development through active participation in co-curricular activities, projects, and mentorship.
- P1 Certificate / Diploma in Education (mandatory).
- Valid TSC registration/license (mandatory).
- OCBC training certification (mandatory).
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in CBC curriculum implementation will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and learner development.
