Operations Officer at Codirect Courier And Fulfillment Center

About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a talented Operations Officer to join our courier and fulfillment center. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free execution of daily order fulfillment processes — from picking and packing to dispatching orders to customers within and outside Eldoret.

Key Responsibilities

• Order picking, packing, and dispatch with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Route planning and scheduling for optimal delivery efficiency
• Rider and delivery coordination
• Inbound delivery planning
• Reporting and documentation
• Stock and packaging material management

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, dispatch, or last-mile delivery operations
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in route planning software and basic MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Critical thinking mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

Location & Residency

This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya. Candidates must be residents of Eldoret or willing to relocate by January. Training will be provided prior to the office opening.

Compensation

Competitive salary of 25,000 KES net per month.
