Operations Officer - Codirect Courier And Fulfillment Center, Kisii

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Purpose The Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free execution of daily order fulfilment operations at the Kisii branch. This includes overseeing picking, packing, route planning, dispatch, rider coordination, quality control, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries within and outside Kisii.  Note: The successful candidate must be available for initial training at the company’s Head Office in Baba Dogo, Nairobi, before deployment to the Kisii branch. Key Responsibilities: & Deliverables

• Order picking, packing, and dispatch with high accuracy and quality standards. 

• Route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize efficiency. 

• Coordination and supervision of riders and delivery personnel. 

• Planning and management of inbound deliveries. 

• Preparation and maintenance of accurate operational reports and documentation.

• Management and control of stock levels and packaging materials.

Required Qualifications: & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order fulfilment, dispatch, or last-mile delivery operations. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in route planning tools and basic MS Office applications. 

• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. 

• Must be based in Kisii.
