A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for individuals or teams.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, and manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
  • Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise with computer software like
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
  • Good problem-solving abilities when handling day-to-day challenges.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and stellar interpersonal skills
