Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The job holder will be responsible for pharmaceutical sales, collections, and overall customer service and satisfaction in their respective region with respect to their product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market needs and drive sales by analyzing market demands, promoting Cosmos products, and closing deals to achieve set sales targets
  • Plan and schedule activities by creating daily, weekly, and monthly plans using the CRM tool, detailing customer visits, objectives, and expected outcomes
  • Provide product information by offering technical product details, delivering samples, and promoting the Cosmos brand during field visits
  • Build customer relationships by developing trusted relationships with customers and key influencers; participate in relevant medical events, congresses, and similar activities
  • Manage customer complaints by acting as the first point of contact, addressing concerns, and escalating them through appropriate channels
  • Ensure payment collection by managing collections and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments
  • Engage in professional development by participating in company training programs and seeking learning opportunities to stay updated with trends in the pharmaceutical industry

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field, or Diploma in Pharmacy
  • At least two (2) years' experience in pharmaceutical sales

  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, products, and emerging trends
