About the Role

We are seeking qualified Medical Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products while building strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, product performance, and emerging market trends
• Ensure timely reporting on daily calls, customer feedback, and sales performance through assigned reporting formats
• Plan and execute territory coverage effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Nursing, Biochemistry, or related health sciences
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of pharmacology and product knowledge
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
