About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Medical Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions as per allocated products
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and market share
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences
• Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field
• Minimum 2 years' proven experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling cardio-diabetes products

Desirable Qualifications

• Coverage experience in the Upper Hill region and Nairobi Hospital
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Proficient in English and Swahili languages (written and verbal)
• Experience with digital call reporting tools
