We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
  • We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to plan, execute and monitor marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, passenger demand, route performance, load factor improvement and revenue growth, in line with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to support passenger growth, load factor and revenue targets
  • Support promotions and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams
  • Manage digital platforms including website content, social media and online sales support
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials for trade partners and stakeholders 
  • Track campaign performance, market trends and competitor activity, and prepare performance reports
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners and service providers
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience, preferably in aviation, travel, hospitality, FMCG or a regulated environment
  • Strong experience in brand and digital marketing; digital sales experience is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels and performance-driven marketing
  • Strong coordination, communication and analytical skills
