Overall Responsibility
The Marketing & Liaison Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting our hospital's services, enhancing our brand image, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate should possess a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's services
- Identify target audiences and market segments for various healthcare services
- Execute awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
- Create compelling and informative content for marketing collateral, including brochures, social media, and newsletters
- Manage and update the hospital's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and followers
- Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to promote the hospital's services
- Organize and participate in community events and health fairs
- Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase the hospital's online presence
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement
- Gather and analyze patient feedback to make data-driven marketing decisions and improve patient satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
