## Title: Marketing & Liaison Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Marketing & Liaison Officer to play a pivotal role in promoting our hospital's services, enhancing our brand image, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Work Locations

Nairobi, Kisii, Kakamega, Webuye, Busia

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's services
  • Identify target audiences and market segments for various healthcare services
  • Execute awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
  • Create compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media, and newsletters
  • Manage and update the hospital's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and followers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to promote the hospital's services
  • Organize and participate in community events and health fairs
  • Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase the hospital's online presence
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Gather and analyze patient feedback to make data-driven marketing decisions and improve patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities
