About the Role

As a Marketing Intern focused on Social Brand Engagement, you will bring a fresh, youthful perspective and help us connect with youth, the backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for spotting trends, creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, our website, and other channels, ensuring our brand resonates with the youth demographic.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the latest youth, local culture, and digital trends to keep content relevant and timely
• Develop engaging content including images, videos, and captions for social media and other platforms
• Capture and utilize photos and videos from company events for public content
• Assist in refreshing visuals for internal and external communications
• Collaborate with different teams to gather content and align on messaging
• Edit and proofread content for youth-centered and culturally relevant messaging
• Help maintain and update the content calendar
• Share updates on content performance and engagement metrics
• Suggest new and innovative content formats and approaches

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of youth, local culture, and digital trends
• Eye for visually appealing content aligned to current trends
• Ability to write engaging captions and comments in English and local languages
• Basic photo and video editing skills with tools such as Canva or KITTL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
