## Title: Marketing Executive
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
- Oversee content creation, including social media, website, blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements for ROI optimization
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities
- Develop creative content aligned with the latest market trends
- Produce photography and visual content for social media
- Promote hotel-related activities and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
- Hospitality industry experience
