Marketing Agents - Excelon Limited, Eldoret

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. ABOUT THE ROLE: Excelon Limited is building a marketing team to provide marketing services for a college in Nairobi. As a Marketing Agent, you will be on the frontline promoting the college’s short courses, certificate, and diploma programs and enrolling students. You will engage directly with prospective students, create awareness about the programs, and play a key role in helping the college grow its student base. Your performance will be monitored by Excelon, and you will report daily to your Field Marketing Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing and promotions for the college.

• Promote short courses, certificate, and diploma programs.

• Engage prospective students to generate verified enrolments.

• Achieve monthly enrolment targets.

• Report daily activities and leads to Field Marketing Supervisors.

Requirements:

• Relevant certificate in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Prior experience in sales or marketing preferred.

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE:

• Monthly retainer plus commission for each verified enrolment above the target.

• Performance is assessed based on verified enrolments, with adjustments if targets are not met.
