About the Role
A reputable healthcare organization seeks a dedicated Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the hospital's brand visibility and drive patient engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote hospital services
- Strengthen the hospital's brand visibility through community outreach, corporate engagements, events, and digital platforms
- Manage the hospital's social media pages, website content, newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient feedback assessments to inform marketing strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, corporates, insurance partners, clinicians, and community groups
- Coordinate health camps, CMEs, open days, community health education activities, and other promotional events
- Track, analyse, and report performance of marketing activities, including referrals, leads, and conversions
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to hospital policies, professionalism, and ethical healthcare communication standards
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing (healthcare experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse marketing performance data
- Computer literacy with good command of MS Office; knowledge of design tools is a plus
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
