About the Role
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing brand strategies and plans to increase brand visibility, awareness, and engagement, as well as stakeholder management. You will work under the leadership of the Director – Marketing, Corporate Communications & Citizenship, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to develop and monitor brand strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand plans aligned with corporate brand image, promise, values, ethos, and guidelines
- Act as brand champion and steward, assessing brand perception with key bank stakeholders
- Align brand engagement and collateral to ensure delivery of brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Align brand messages to position the bank as an award-winning thought leader in the industry
- Manage brand image with internal stakeholders to foster positive brand culture and maintain corporate image
- Appoint and train brand champions to align brand communications across all bank outlets
- Develop brand initiatives and strategies aligned with business ideals and brand goals
- Manage brand look and feel across customer touchpoints, including branches, agents, ATMs, and digital forums
- Evaluate stakeholder engagement and assess strategic brand engagement tools to increase brand advocacy
- Execute strategic internal customer engagement programs to enhance brand culture
- Develop and manage brand collateral in line with bank guidelines and target audience requirements
- Align bank visibility tools to brand guidelines and county government standards
- Identify and build partnerships with vendors to ensure delivery of collateral in line with group procurement guidelines
