Licensed Flight Operations Officer/Dispatcher at Phoenix Aviation Limited

Role Purpose

Phoenix Aviation Limited (PAL) and Phoenix Global Air Ambulance (PAA) seek to recruit a qualified and competent professional to fill this position. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our aviation operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow flights by ensuring correct logs are maintained for each flight and operating status is clearly documented
• Analyse and evaluate the most cost-effective routes before costing a flight
• Assist the Pilot in Command with flight preparation, documentation, and provide relevant information required for safe flight completion
• Oversee flights and constantly plan for new flights while monitoring current operations
• Obtain landing and overflight rights for all flights that require them
• Manage medical evacuation operations

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of recent experience in flight operations or dispatch
• Diploma in Flight Dispatch or Flight Operations
• Flight Operations Officer License
• Proven experience in Medical Evacuation operations
