About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer in Tourism & Hospitality to join our academic team. This is a comprehensive teaching and research position that contributes to the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and assess courses in tourism and hospitality at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Supervise undergraduate projects and other experiential learning programmes
• Supervise dissertations and theses at graduate level
• Participate in the development of undergraduate and postgraduate course curricula
• Initiate, promote, and participate in research projects
• Provide professional and community services, and establish linkages for fundraising opportunities
• Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate degree or equivalent from a recognized academic institution
• Registration or eligibility for registration by a relevant professional body
• Fulfillment of the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya

Preferred Qualifications

• Published academic work and research contributions
