About the Role

Finance Corporation Limited (FinCorp) is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders to build organisational capability, enhance performance, and promote a strong culture of continuous learning through the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver learning and development programs aligned to organisational priorities
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted learning solutions to address capability gaps
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs using feedback and performance data
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support strategic and operational learning needs
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in learning and development or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a range of learning methods
• Analytical mindset with resilience and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel as required
