About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with strong technical ability in branding, web design, and digital communication. We are looking for someone passionate about creating visually striking, cohesive, and culturally inspired design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute brand-aligned designs for both digital and print platforms
• Develop strong brand identities including logos, visual systems, and style guides
• Design and maintain web and digital assets, such as landing pages, website banners, e-newsletters, and responsive graphics
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, product catalogs, and packaging
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Design engaging social media visuals and digital campaigns optimized for various platforms
• Prepare print-ready work and ensure design accuracy from concept to production
• Conduct quality checks and provide design support for seasonal campaigns and brand launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a branding or creative agency environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Strong experience in branding, visual identity systems, and brand rollout design
• Solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX aesthetics, and file optimization for online platforms
• Experience designing for WordPress, HTML, or similar CMS platforms
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and composition at a professional level
• Proven ability to create brochures, posters, packaging, digital ads, and web layouts that reflect strong brand identity

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Canva or Figma
