About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with strong technical ability in branding, web design, and digital communication. You should be passionate about creating visually striking, cohesive, and culturally inspired design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute brand-aligned designs for both digital and print platforms
• Develop strong brand identities including logos, visual systems, and style guides
• Design and maintain web and digital assets, such as landing pages, website banners, e-newsletters, and responsive graphics
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, product catalogs, and packaging
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Design engaging social media visuals and digital campaigns optimized for various platforms
• Prepare print-ready work and ensure design accuracy from concept to production
• Conduct quality checks and provide design support for seasonal campaigns and brand launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a branding or creative agency environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Strong experience in branding, visual identity systems, and brand rollout design
• Solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX aesthetics, and file optimization for online platforms
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and composition at a professional level

Additional Skills & Experience

• Experience designing for WordPress, HTML, or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma (advantageous)
• Proven ability to create brochures, posters, packaging, digital ads, and web layouts that reflect strong brand identity
