## Title: IT Support and Systems Administrator

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their IT team in a comprehensive support and systems administration role.

Install, configure, and maintain all company computer hardware, operating system software, and local network systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and core servers
Provide timely technical support to end-users by identifying, analyzing, and resolving all IT-related problems
Ensure the security of IT systems through routine data backup procedures, antivirus protection management, and strict user access controls
Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including core devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards across the organization to maintain compliance
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to continuously improve overall operational efficiency
Collaborate effectively with other departments to assess and address their specific IT needs and requirements
Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, major migrations, and new infrastructure installations
Document all IT systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network management
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Demonstrated experience managing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Familiarity with IT security principles, antivirus systems, and data backup solutions
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
