A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.

We are seeking an IT Officer to manage and support our IT systems, ensuring secure, reliable operations and providing technical and user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support by resolving system issues, maintaining IT equipment, and training users.

Manage servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and user access to ensure reliable and secure systems.

Enforce security policies, manage backups, and monitor systems for risks or breaches.

Maintain and update software and enterprise systems while coordinating with vendors.

Manage IT assets through accurate inventory, procurement, and lifecycle oversight.

Document IT systems, prepare reports, and support audits with required technical information.
