Installation Supervisor- Eldoret

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Installation Supervisor to oversee installation operations and manage installer teams in Eldoret, Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments and schedule installers efficiently
• Coordinate transportation of materials and equipment to customer premises
• Ensure 100% successful completion of job tickets as scheduled
• Track job ticket status and close leads in a timely manner
• Manage installer clusters to maintain minimum objective of 2 installations per day
• Approve additional installation materials beyond standard kits and collect additional installation payments from customers when required
• Ensure all installers have KYC Kits for customer onboarding and toolboxes for physical installation work
• Ensure accessories and device collection from assigned stock pick-up points as needed by installers
• Reconcile inventory and accessories picked versus deployed by installers
• Track team member attendance at daily gate meetings and log prospect requirements
• Monitor daily lead closure and installation fulfillment metrics
• Design route plans (PJP) within territory and conduct one daily gate meeting with assigned installers to ensure governance metrics are in place
• Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and contact customers or installation head for closure
• Provide daily reports of work completed with corresponding timesheets
• Sign off on returns and refunds for failed customer acceptance of installations
• Supervise task completion within allocated timeframes
• Onboard and train new installers
• Conduct performance management of installer teams

Required Qualifications

• Networks, technical, or electrical qualification or equivalent
• Professional qualification in Project Management Techniques
• IT literacy and business education (advantageous)
• Ability to operate in a performance-driven organization
• Strong troubleshooting skills
