Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their ICT team in a critical technical support and infrastructure management role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure
• Coordinate drawing and scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance
• Review security features of the warehouse receipt system for conformity
• Provide technical ICT support to end users
• Install and configure ICT equipment and services
• Certify hardware and software usage and ensure all licenses are current
• Maintain and support information systems or implement new computer-based systems
• Monitor backup logs and resolve any failures
• Undertake periodic review of information technology security requirements, including encryption, digital signatures, access controls, data integrity, authentication exchange, traffic padding, routing control, and notarization
• Validate, analyze, code, test, and implement computer programs

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of service in the grade of ICT Officer II
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Information Science, Information Communication Technology, Business Management and Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
