## Title: Indoor Sales Representative

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Indoor Sales Representative.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve set secondary sales targets (volume and value) by strictly adhering to set journey plans to deliver maximum distribution of products at the retail end
  • Attend to walk-in customers and handle all inbound sales inquiries
  • Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
  • Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and order logs
  • Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics for smooth operations
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Execute sales drivers with focus on availability, affordability, accessibility, and activation
  • Achieve distribution targets in assigned territory by meeting customer call rate coverage targets, securing new outlets, and expanding portfolio availability

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-accountability environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Credibility and effectiveness in customer interactions
