ICT Officer - The Institute For Social Accountability (TISA), Nairobi

About the Role

The ICT Officer will ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all TISA's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, systems, and hardware. This role serves as the technical lead for internal systems and the primary administrator for TISA's website and digital outreach platforms, bridging the gap between technical stability and creative visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain network performance and system infrastructure
• Update software and manage ICT assets
• Assist with data backups and ensure secure data handling in line with TISA policies and the Data Protection Act
• Support website and app development initiatives
• Contribute to coding projects (front-end and back-end development)
• Support podcast production and digital content creation
• Manage TISA's website and digital outreach platforms
