About the Role

This is a key position responsible for overseeing cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas in line with HACCP standards. You will manage stewarding operations and support our food and beverage teams with buffet and banquet service, maintaining the high standards that our guests expect.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience as a Chief Steward in a four or five-star hotel environment
