Hygiene Manager - Glee Hotel, Nairobi

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Manager to join our team—an individual who embodies precision, expertise, and a genuine passion for world‑class hygiene and food safety practices. Key Requirements:

• HACCP Certification – Mandatory

• FSMS certification (e.g., ISO 22000) – Preferred

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hygiene, food safety, or sanitation management within a luxury / 5‑star hotel or large hospitality operation

• Deep knowledge of Kenyan public health regulations and international hygiene standards

• Strong understanding of HACCP implementation, SOP development, and food safety audits
