Role Overview
We are seeking a competent and experienced HR & Office Manager to oversee human resource operations and office administration at our Mombasa office. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, effective management of the employee lifecycle, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & People Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR matters and support a positive, professional work environment
